“Hi Mark: I just wanted to give you some feedback regarding the service call that you arranged in our home last week.

John arrived promptly at the time that you said he would. He was respectful of our home, removing his boots at the front door and putting on dry shoes that he had brought with him. He was very pleasant and told me clearly what he intended to do. When he was finished the job, he tidied the work area (even vacuumed) and explained all of the steps that he had taken to repair our treadmill. I had a few questions for him which he answered clearly and confidently. It was obvious that he had a lot of knowledge on the subject. Then he filled out some paperwork which gave me a record of the work that had been done. Since he left our treadmill has run smoothly, to the delight of my family.

I was very, very happy with the overall experience. I won’t hesitate to call upon Sports Effect again if I need service of any of the fitness equipment in my home, and I’ll certainly recommend you to my friends.
